Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 days after the order is confirmed.
The standard delivery time is between 5–7 business days from the date of placing the order.

Personalized Item Shipping Policy
Personalized items are dispatched within 4–5 days of placing the order. Once shipped, they are delivered within 7–9 working days.
Please note that personalized items are only available on a prepaid basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for these products.

Exchange Policy

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return is applicable and chargeable at INR 150 for envelope packet and INR 200 for small and big boxes, one-way return shipping, and restocking.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in brand-new condition.
All products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact.
Gift boxes and orders that include free gifts and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange as they are considered final sale items.

If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please provide images and a video of the item, or share the reason for return by emailing us at Info@thehouseofnoi.com or sharing it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
