Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the day of your delivery, after which we can no longer offer a refund.

Items purchased on final discount are not eligible for returns. A return is applicable and chargeable at INR 150 for envelope packet and INR 200 for small and big boxes, one-way return shipping, and restocking.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase for the original product. In the case of a damaged product, please provide images and a video of the item, or share the reason for return by emailing us at Info@thehouseofnoi.com.

In the case of a refund, it may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Return Policy for Orders

Return Eligibility: Products purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for return under our standard return policy guidelines, excluding the COD charge.

Refund Details: Upon return of Prepaid/COD orders, the refunded amount will exclude the COD charge of INR 50/-

Personalized Items

Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order.

Orders for personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed for personalized items. Please choose a prepaid payment method when placing your order.

Exchange

Our exchange policy lasts 3 days from the day of your delivery, after which we can no longer offer an exchange.

We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Items can be replaced with a fresh piece from your original purchase or with available items of the same cart value. We do not offer exchanges on free items.

Exchanges on grounds other than defects/damage are chargeable at INR 150 for covers packaging, one-way return shipping, and restocking.

Once the product is received back at our warehouse and quality check is done, we will give you a one-time discount code after deducting the exchange charges. You can then purchase the product you want from our website.

Delivery Schedule

We understand that your privacy is important to you, and we respect that. We assure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details you have shared with us and will not share it with any third party.

A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date will be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking “Track Order” and find the order status.

Cancellation by The House of Noi

There may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitations on quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product information, fraud detection issues, or any other issue that The House of Noi identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information to accept orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been canceled fully or partially, or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customers

Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customers can always check the status of their order by tracking it.

Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you used to make the transaction.

Note: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed and the amount was received in our account, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
