Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping to our customers located anywhere in the country.

Usually, we dispatch our orders within 2 to 3 days of receiving orders. Once shipped, you will receive your delivery within the next 5 to 7 business days. Customers who choose to pay with Cash on Delivery may incur an extra charge of INR 50/-.

Personalized Item Policy

Personalized items are dispatched within 4 to 5 days of placing the order. Once shipped, they are delivered within 7 to 9 working days.

Please note that personalized items are only available on a prepaid basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for these products.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charge Policy

COD Charge: Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) will be charged an additional fee of INR 50/-.

Non-Returnable: COD charges of INR 50/- are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is placed and processed.

Courier Service

We ship our orders via reputed courier service providers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.

In case of prepaid orders for which our courier partners do not provide shipping facilities, we dispatch them via another courier service.

Order Status and Delivery

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of placing the order, you can contact us at Info@thehouseofnoi.com.

Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times.

Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case our courier partners do not provide COD facilities at your pincode. Shipping charges of INR 50/- apply only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If that's the case, it's a common practice for businesses to charge an additional fee for COD orders to cover the costs associated with the payment method and ensure the security of the transaction.

Currently, we do not fulfill orders for which the shipping address is beyond the boundaries of India. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Shipping Information Responsibility

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Taxes and Duties

The House of Noi only ships within India. All product prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for any additional duties, levies, or fees that may be charged by local authorities. The House of Noi is not liable for any such charges under any circumstances.

Refused Packages

If the order arrives at your pincode and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package, or
  • No attempt is made in the pincode of destination to deliver the package,

The House of Noi reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Personalized Items

All personalized items are made to order and require payment in full before production begins.

Order Processing: Orders containing personalized items will only be processed once full payment is received. This includes orders that also include non-personalized items.

Shipping: Shipping times for personalized items may vary depending on the product and customization. Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate personalization details when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors or typos in the personalization provided by the customer.
