Orders containing personalized items will only be processed once full payment is received. This includes orders that also include non-personalized items.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order. This policy adheres to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for defective goods.

Cancellation

Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
